Pezulu launches new 28-plot country estate

Pezula Private Estate in Knysna has launched “The Country Estate at Pezula” comprising 28 north-facing plots averaging 5,000m² in size.

The first three phases of Pezula Private Estate, launched in 2003, are completely sold out.

Bordered by the rugged cliffs of the Southern Cape coast, the Sinclair Nature Reserve and the Eastern Head of Knysna, the estate has panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains.

Pezula Private Estate is an eco-friendly, low-density residential estate internationally recognised as the Most Environmentally Aware Development in the World and Best Luxury Development in the World. At the recent Homes Overseas Awards held in London it was awarded multiple Gold for Best Luxury Development, Best House South Africa, Best Spa Development, Best Fractional Ownership Scheme and the ultimate award, Developer of The Year, given by the judges to the best developer out of more than 20 countries worldwide. This is the first time ever that a developer has won this award two years in a row.

The Country Estate at Pezula offers buyers three choices: Kutamba, Intaba and Tilapia.

Kutamba, the Shona word for “play”, consists of eight plots adjacent to the golf and tennis academies, while Intaba, the Xhosa word for “mountain offers 12 plots close to the Field of Dreams. Tilapia. The Tswana word for “fish”, is the name of the species that is stocked in the three dams that are a feature of this area, consists of 12 stands.

Developer Keith Stewart said that the success of Pezula to date is proof that buyers want more than just security in a private residential development.
