UAE real estate show organisers are optimistic of success - Real Estate - Property - Dubai - UAE - Abu Dhabi

Real estate professionals from across the Middle East and beyond are still expected to be out in force for a UAE property show despite the economic slowdown.

Organisers of Cityscape Abu Dhabi, running from April 19 to 22, said 85 per cent of the space at the show had already been sold, showing the “UAE capital is still one of most talked about real estate markets in the world”.

Set to be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, the annual event attracts investors, developers, architects and other property specialists from around the world.

The state is home to a property market which is still developing and is also host to some of the region’s most impressive real estate schemes.

The planned Masdar City is set to cover 6 km sq and will cost $22 billion, providing homes for around 50,000 people.

Previews have also been released of the new real estate developments which will appear at the show, including three new luxury schemes by Al Odaid.
