Barry Manilow in Malibu, Estate of the Day

The Real Estalker revealed yesterday that a Malibu beach house belonging to Barry Manilow has hit the market.
The four-bedroom home is a blocky contemporary with a matching one-bedroom guest house on the oceanfront. The most impressive part of this home is the two-story living room with big glass windows to exploit the ocean view. The Real Estalker reports that the home has already had a price cut from $12.6 million to $10.9 million but Manilow paid $3.85 million in 2002 so there is likely room for further price cuts here and it may need them.
