High End Real Estate Deal

A long-time Upper West Side rental building has been turned into luxury condos but the owners are slashing some prices to get units sold.
The Apthorp was built by William Waldorf Astor in 1908.
Al Pacino, Conan O'Brien and Nora Ephron have rented units.
The building changed hands in 2007 and the new owners decided to turn it condo. After two years of legal battles and renovations the owners need to start making money.
They are trying to flip 25 units by the middle of September.
