Let's face it, real estate agents have the same resources as most buyers do. Most of the resources are online to go searching for a house. The buyer is the BEST person to determine which house will be the best fit for them and their family. Buyers want to negotiate commissions if they find the house they want to buy. This is a big mistake!



The real value that real estate agents bring to buyers are:
  • Contract negotiations
  • Industry knowledge
  • Networking
You don’t want to discount your ability to get the best price and the best terms because you want them to give up some commission?? You are shooting yourself in the foot. Believe or not, there are sellers who do NOT want their property on the MLS, even in this market. The only way it's going to get sold is off of referral and only real estate agents have those connections.
