California foreclosure filings increasing - California - foreclosure

On a daily average basis, foreclosure activity is increasing in California, says a new report Tuesday from ForeclosureRadar Inc. of Discovery Bay.

Raw numbers fail to tell the story of foreclosure activity, it says, due to the difference in number of business days in January (19) compared to December (22).

“With delinquent payments rising, foreclosures slowing, and foreclosure alternatives failing it appears the foreclosure crisis will be with us for many years to come,” says Sean O’Toole, founder and CEO of ForeclosureRadar.com a website that tracks every California foreclosure.
