JICA appoints Colliers to sell its former premises - JICA - property agent - Japan

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has recently appointed Colliers International Thailand (CIT) as a sole agent to sell its former office building on the land next to the former Embassy of Japan.

“We were appointed to sell the valuable property of the Japanese Embassy in October 2010 and has now been appointed by JICA to sell its land next door to the former embassy site,” said CIT managing director Patima Jeerapaet.

This prime office building is located on New Petchaburi Road close to the MRT line Petchaburi station and the Airport Link Makkasan main station. It is a three-storey building with a floor area of approximately 1,500 sqm and parking for 20-30 cars. Sited on a land area of 1-0-35 Rai or 1,740 sqm, it offers a potential redevelopment opportunity.
