Middle Eastern investors are increasing interest in the Central London residential market, the latest Central London Residential Market report, published by Jones Lang LaSalle, has found.



In 2011, the real estate investment and advisory firm sold London centric, new build residential properties worth $2bn to foreign buyers, figures show.

Investors from the region made up 9% of these investors, up by 5% from 2010.
