Jackson Hole Luxury Real Estate Auction - luxury property - real estate auction

A 13,000-square-foot luxury residence on 2.5 private acres and an adjacent .63-acre buildable lot located in the premier Granite Ridge community of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, in walking distance to Teton Village and just a 25-minute drive to downtown Jackson, will sell at auction on April 7th, Concierge Auctions has announced. The residence was originally listed for $18.95 million. The lot, originally listed for $2.75 million, is selling without reserve, meaning it will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. The sale is being conducted in cooperation with listing agents Matt and Julie Faupel of Graham4 at Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.

“Granite Ridge is the area’s most exclusive residential development with immediate access to skiing at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, shopping and dining at Teton Village and nearby golfing at Shooting Star — resulting in the highest home values,” Faupel stated. “These two properties combined represent the largest available acreage in Granite Ridge. This is a tremendous opportunity to purchase not only one of the most premier homes in Jackson Hole but also one of the most sought-after, amenity-rich locations in the Rocky Mountain West.”

The Estate at Granite Ridge, located at 7730 N. Granite Ridge Road, is a three-story, 13,000-square-foot luxury mountain retreat with nine bedroom suites, 10 full and four powder bathrooms. The property boasts a cedar and Montana stone exterior, heated drives and decks, cathedral ceilings, hardwood flooring, a spiral staircase and whole-house touch pad lighting. In addition to its two dining rooms, there is also a professional-grade kitchen, elevator, game and exercise rooms, mud room, wine cellar, three-car garage and hot “pool.” The new owners will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, 4,000 square feet of heated stone decks on every level and stunning mountain and valley views.
