Real Estate: Luxury Hawaii Estate in No Reserve Auction - Luxury property - Hawaii - Auction

“Kohola Point”, a gated Hawaiian residence boasting Pacific Ocean views from nearly every room, situated on three acres at the end of the private and gated Anini Vista peninsula on Kauai’s North Shore, arguably one of the world’s most beautiful destinations, will sell turnkey furnished at auction on April 30th, Concierge Auctions has announced. Originally listed for $12.7 million, the property will sell to the highest bidder without reserve in cooperation with listing agent Neal Norman of Hawaii Life Real Estate.

“Kohola Point is located in one of the best areas Hawaii has to offer — Kauai’s North Shore — mere minutes to world-class golfing, equestrian facilities and the famous Hanalei Bay, where ‘The Descendants’ was filmed,” Norman stated, “The seller maintains a legal transient vacation license, which can be transferred along with the ownership entity to the buyer, so the property can be used either as a primary or vacation home or as a luxury rental.”

Situated at 4201 Anini Vista Drive, Kohola Point is a 5,230-square-foot private residence with three bedrooms and four and a half baths, custom-designed by Gary Tobey and Steve Devery. Its massive great room features a grand, cypress-beamed ceiling and walls of glass doors that slide from the entire oceanfront side of the home and pocket to allow seamless living with the outdoors. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the “Ohana” living room, which means “family” in Hawaiian culture, and offers bar-height seating, an adjacent dining area and informal breakfast nook. The master suite is a quiet retreat, set on one end of the residence apart from the living areas and guest suites. The additional two bedroom suites are found on the opposite side of the pool and live as if they were separate bungalows. Guests will enjoy privacy and their own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the sparkling infinity pool, spa, extensive decks and a tropical, native Hawaiian landscape.
