Barwa Real Estate Group inks major deals at Cityscape
Agreements signed during Cityscape included the leasing of more than 100 showroom and office units on Barwa Commercial Avenue. Barwa City leased four buildings to Qatar’s Civil Aviation Authority, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with LuLu Hypermarket, and signed a long-term contract with Newton International Schools for two schools and four Kindergartens.
Barwa’s CEO, Abdulla Abdulaziz al-Subaie, commented: “We are overwhelmed by the positive interest we received at Cityscape from visitors, tenants and other organisations. The number of agreements signed at the event are themselves a testament to the leading role Barwa continues to play in Qatar’s development.”
