A third of home resales in Singapore in 2010 were to foreigners

About 33 per cent of all home resales in Singapore in 2010 were to foreigners, The Straits Times has reported. That number is up from 18 per cent in 2004, the first year that Permanent Residents (PRs) were allowed to by executive condominiums (ECs).
